About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Educate customers on vehicle repair processes, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value
- Complete initial estimates
- Write complete estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation
- Lock final estimates
- Manage each repair throughout the process
- Perform in-process quality control to ensure Crash Champions’ quality standards
- Keep customers informed and updated on vehicle status
- Pull and review all data procedures for/with Body Technicians
- Complete post-scanning for each vehicle in the repair process
- Pre-close the final repair order
- Handle disbursement paperwork
- Address exceptions in the file
- Ensure carrier-specific requirements are complete
Requirements
What you’ll need- Customer Service Skills
- Organization and multi-tasking skills
- Good time management
- Ability to adapt easily to fast-paced environment
- Ability to deal with fast paced environments
- Knowledge of dealing with Insurance partners preferred
- Knowledge of multiple estimating systems
- CCC one preferred
- Mitchell & Audatex
- Ability to pull and review all data procedures for/with Body Technicians
- Location: Marietta, Georgia (ZIP 30066)
- Regular full-time position
