About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Educate customers on vehicle repair processes, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value
Complete initial estimates
Write complete estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation
Lock final estimates
Manage each repair throughout the process
Perform in-process quality control to ensure Crash Champions’ quality standards
Keep customers informed and updated on vehicle status
Pull and review all data procedures for/with Body Technicians
Complete post-scanning for each vehicle in the repair process
Pre-close the final repair order
Handle disbursement paperwork
Address exceptions in the file
Ensure carrier-specific requirements are complete

Requirements

Customer Service Skills

Ability to deal with fast paced environments
Knowledge of dealing with Insurance partners preferred
Knowledge of multiple estimating systems
CCC one preferred
Mitchell & Audatex
Ability to pull and review all data procedures for/with Body Technicians
