About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide overall leadership and management of the assigned territory/market
  • Achieve or exceed company targets and standards for performance and growth
  • Manage market locations to achieve top-tier KPIs, customer service, quality, and profitability
  • Model and enforce the highest level of customer service and the Crash Champions Total Sales Attitude (TSA)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven track record of exceptional performance in a current location
  • Consistently achieve or exceed KPIs such as Customer Satisfaction Ratings (CSR), EBITDA, margin, and profitability
  • Strong leadership skills, including inspiring and motivating teams, driving results, and managing resources
  • Strategic thinking and ability to identify improvement opportunities and implement innovative solutions
  • Knowledge of the collision industry, including procedures and requirements for various insurance carriers
  • 10+ years of operations experience
  • 5+ years of required people management experience
  • Driven personality, eagerness to grow, and ability to work well under pressure
  • Experience using CCC One
  • Strong problem-solving skills
