About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide overall leadership and management of the assigned territory/market
- Achieve or exceed company targets and standards for performance and growth
- Manage market locations to achieve top-tier KPIs, customer service, quality, and profitability
- Model and enforce the highest level of customer service and the Crash Champions Total Sales Attitude (TSA)
- Recruit, manage, and develop employees for future organizational growth
- Measure quality standards through in-process and final quality checks
- Facilitate and nurture relationships with insurance accounts, agents, and customers
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced, competitive environment while maintaining positive employee morale and urgency to exceed goals
- Ensure shops are correctly maintained and organized

Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven track record of exceptional performance in a current location
- Consistently achieve or exceed KPIs such as Customer Satisfaction Ratings (CSR), EBITDA, margin, and profitability
- Strong leadership skills, including inspiring and motivating teams, driving results, and managing resources
- Strategic thinking and ability to identify improvement opportunities and implement innovative solutions
- Knowledge of the collision industry, including procedures and requirements for various insurance carriers
- 10+ years of operations experience
- 5+ years of required people management experience
- Driven personality, eagerness to grow, and ability to work well under pressure
- Experience using CCC One
- Strong problem-solving skills
