About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure, automation, and deployment processes
Partner closely with Engineering, QA, Product, and IT teams to improve deployment efficiency, system reliability, scalability, and security
Streamline operational processes, enhance system observability, and support high availability architecture
Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Copilot and Azure DevOps
Manage and support cloud infrastructure environments including Azure and AWS with a focus on scalability, reliability, cost optimization, and high availability
Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices
Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability across environments
Troubleshoot infrastructure and application related issues across environments
Automate operational and administrative tasks to improve efficiency
Collaborate with software engineering and QA teams to improve application reliability
Maintain and support security best practices across cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines
Support containerization technologies and orchestration platforms including Docker
Maintain documentation related to infrastructure and deployment processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), cloud engineering, or related technical roles
Strong experience supporting Azure cloud environments and at least one additional cloud platform such as AWS or GCP
Proficiency with CI/CD tools, version control systems, and deployment automation practices
Hands on experience with Azure DevOps, Docker, and Git based workflows
Strong understanding of Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals
Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as LogicMonitor, Datadog, CloudWatch, or similar platforms
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross functionally
