About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure, automation, and deployment processes
- Partner closely with Engineering, QA, Product, and IT teams to improve deployment efficiency, system reliability, scalability, and security
- Streamline operational processes, enhance system observability, and support high availability architecture
- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Copilot and Azure DevOps
- Manage and support cloud infrastructure environments including Azure and AWS with a focus on scalability, reliability, cost optimization, and high availability
- Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices
- Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability across environments
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and application related issues across environments
- Automate operational and administrative tasks to improve efficiency
- Collaborate with software engineering and QA teams to improve application reliability
- Maintain and support security best practices across cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines
- Support containerization technologies and orchestration platforms including Docker
- Maintain documentation related to infrastructure and deployment processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), cloud engineering, or related technical roles
- Strong experience supporting Azure cloud environments and at least one additional cloud platform such as AWS or GCP
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools, version control systems, and deployment automation practices
- Hands on experience with Azure DevOps, Docker, and Git based workflows
- Strong understanding of Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as LogicMonitor, Datadog, CloudWatch, or similar platforms
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross functionally
