About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure, automation, and deployment processes
  • Partner closely with Engineering, QA, Product, and IT teams to improve deployment efficiency, system reliability, scalability, and security
  • Streamline operational processes, enhance system observability, and support high availability architecture
  • Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Copilot and Azure DevOps
  • Manage and support cloud infrastructure environments including Azure and AWS with a focus on scalability, reliability, cost optimization, and high availability
  • Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability across environments
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure and application related issues across environments
  • Automate operational and administrative tasks to improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with software engineering and QA teams to improve application reliability
  • Maintain and support security best practices across cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines
  • Support containerization technologies and orchestration platforms including Docker
  • Maintain documentation related to infrastructure and deployment processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), cloud engineering, or related technical roles
  • Strong experience supporting Azure cloud environments and at least one additional cloud platform such as AWS or GCP
  • Proficiency with CI/CD tools, version control systems, and deployment automation practices
  • Hands on experience with Azure DevOps, Docker, and Git based workflows
  • Strong understanding of Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as LogicMonitor, Datadog, CloudWatch, or similar platforms
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross functionally
