About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the alignment of HR technology with business needs by partnering closely with the HRIS Director
  • Optimize system functionality and data integrity
  • Serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors, including ADP Managed Services
  • Ensure effective system support, issue resolution, and delivery of enhancements
  • Contribute to the execution of HRIS-related projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Support data imports, troubleshooting system issues, and helping maintain accurate data across platforms
  • Enable efficient processes, support reporting needs, and ensure systems effectively support day-to-day operations and organizational growth
  • Maintain and support HR systems in partnership with vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Partner with internal teams and ADP Managed Services to coordinate issue resolution, system updates, and enhancement requests
  • Support organizational changes through system setup, data alignment, and employee data integration
  • Document system processes, configurations, and changes to support knowledge sharing and continuity

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–5 years of experience in HRIS, HR operations, or related systems-focused roles
  • Hands-on experience working with HR systems (experience with ADP platforms preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation, analysis, and basic functions (e.g., lookups, pivot tables)
  • Experience supporting system integrations, data imports, or data management processes
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify patterns, inconsistencies, and data issues
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot system and data-related issues
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to partner across teams and translate business needs into system-related actions
  • Experience documenting processes and maintaining system-related documentation preferred
  • HR experience or familiarity with HR processes (e.g., employee lifecycle, payroll, benefits) is a plus
  • Project management experience is a plus
