About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the alignment of HR technology with business needs
- Partner closely with the HRIS Director to optimize system functionality and data integrity
- Serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, supporting data imports, troubleshooting system issues
- Maintain accurate and reliable data across platforms
- Enable efficient processes, support reporting needs, and ensure daily operations effectiveness
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–5 years of experience in HRIS, HR operations, or related systems-focused roles
- Hands-on experience working with HR systems (experience with ADP platforms preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation, analysis, and basic functions (e.g., lookups, pivot tables)
- Experience supporting system integrations, data imports, or data management processes
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify patterns, inconsistencies, and data issues
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot system and data-related issues
- Effective communication skills with the ability to partner across teams and translate business needs into system-related actions
- Experience documenting processes and maintaining system-related documentation preferred
- HR experience or familiarity with HR processes (e.g., employee lifecycle, payroll, benefits) is a plus
- Project management experience is a plus
