Key responsibilities & impact

The HRIS Systems Analyst role supports the alignment of HR technology with business needs by partnering closely with the HRIS Director to optimize system functionality and data integrity.
This position serves as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors, including ADP Managed Services, to ensure effective system support, issue resolution, and delivery of enhancements.
This role contributes to the execution of HRIS-related projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting data imports, troubleshooting system issues, and helping maintain accurate and reliable data across platforms.
The HRIS Systems professional plays an important role in enabling efficient processes, supporting reporting needs, and ensuring systems effectively support day-to-day operations and organizational growth.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–5 years of experience in HRIS, HR operations, or related systems-focused roles
Hands-on experience working with HR systems (experience with ADP platforms preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation, analysis, and basic functions (e.g., lookups, pivot tables)
Experience supporting system integrations, data imports, or data management processes
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify patterns, inconsistencies, and data issues
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot system and data-related issues
Effective communication skills with the ability to partner across teams and translate business needs into system-related actions
Experience documenting processes and maintaining system-related documentation preferred
HR experience or familiarity with HR processes (e.g., employee lifecycle, payroll, benefits) is a plus
Project management experience is a plus
