Key responsibilities & impact

Coach and develop Parts Managers to enhance their performance and compliance with Procurement policies
Maintain and strengthen relationships with vendors to ensure optimal pricing, availability, and service
Facilitate effective communication with stores and streamline procurement processes
Assist Regional Parts Managers in the selection of preferred vendors based on performance metrics

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent industry experience
3+ years of experience in parts management, procurement, or a related field
Strong leadership and coaching skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in procurement systems and data management tools
Knowledge of automotive parts and industry trends.
