About the role
- Support the Crash Champions Communications team by assisting with accurate, consistent, and timely communication across both internal and external channels.
- Help maintain the quality of online listings.
- Engage with customers through review platforms.
- Organize internal communication assets for easy access.
- Audit and update local listings across online platforms to ensure accuracy of hours, services, and contact information.
- Respond to customer reviews on Google and Yelp using established communication standards.
- Assist with organizing, archiving, and maintaining a structured folder system for internal communications.
- Prepare internal communication materials for the company intranet using approved templates.
- Compile simple reports summarizing review activity, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support day-to-day communications needs across the Communications team.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.
- Interest in marketing, communications, digital media, or similar fields.
- Ability to navigate digital tools, spreadsheets, and basic reporting formats.
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a remote environment.
- Ability to follow brand guidelines and adapt tone for internal and external audiences.
