About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the Crash Champions Communications team by assisting with accurate, consistent, and timely communication across both internal and external channels.
Help maintain the quality of online listings.
Engage with customers through review platforms.
Organize internal communication assets for easy access.
Audit and update local listings across online platforms to ensure accuracy of hours, services, and contact information.
Respond to customer reviews on Google and Yelp using established communication standards.
Assist with organizing, archiving, and maintaining a structured folder system for internal communications.
Prepare internal communication materials for the company intranet using approved templates.
Compile simple reports summarizing review activity, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
Support day-to-day communications needs across the Communications team.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.
Interest in marketing, communications, digital media, or similar fields.
Ability to navigate digital tools, spreadsheets, and basic reporting formats.
Organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a remote environment.
Ability to follow brand guidelines and adapt tone for internal and external audiences.
