Partner with Finance and Accounting to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of financial and operational data
Design and maintain data validation, reconciliation, and exception reporting processes
Support month-end, quarter-end, and ad-hoc reconciliation activities across systems and reporting layers
Evaluate existing Finance and Shared Services workflows to identify automation and efficiency opportunities
Build automated processes using Alteryx, SQL scripts, and AI-driven tools
Develop and maintain executive-ready dashboards and KPI reporting in Power BI
Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets
Serve as a trusted analytics partner to Finance leadership and Shared Services teams

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
5+ years of experience in business analytics, finance analytics, or data analytics roles
Strong understanding of financial statements, reconciliations, and accounting processes
Advanced proficiency in: Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard design)
SQL (query development and optimization)
Alteryx (workflow automation and data preparation)
Experience leveraging AI / automation tools to drive efficiency improvements
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior leadership.
