Key responsibilities & impact

Supports the business team in review, negotiation, and management of contracts
Leads the site compliance program
Partners with business to review, draft and negotiate agreements
Ensures compliance with all contracts policies and procedures
Interprets contracts and advises business managers on contractual responsibilities
Manages a contract tracking and archiving system
Develops and presents contracts training to the customer business team

What you’ll need

Five years of relevant experience in contracts management, contract law, or business management
In-depth understanding of contract terms and risk management
Knowledge of relevant regulations including ITAR, EAR, OFAC
Proficient in conflict resolution and negotiations
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Degree in Law or alternate education and contract certification
Preferred CCCM, CPCM or CFCM certification
Ability to obtain a US government security clearance
