Serve as team leader and execution driver for live in-person and virtual event programs
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define event goals and objectives
Ensure project plans align with objectives and deliver work on-time and within budget
Manage all elements of event production in partnership with Account Management, Creative, and Technical teams
Manage multiple clients and projects, creating and monitoring timelines and status reports
Run client meetings and record notes
Maintain exceptional client relationships and act professionally
Lead project teams including freelance staff and vendors
Manage talent and entertainment
Create onsite production schedules and ensure prompt and accurate reconciliation after job completion
Requirements
5-7 years’ professional experience required
Previous live event experience
Strong financial management and budget creation experience
Thrives in a fast-paced environment; flexible
SharePoint and Office 365 knowledge preferred
Experience with executive presentation management, event technology, familiarity with video formats, and expertise in video and print production management are considered valuable pluses
Strong people management and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Prior event production experience from an agency or other production environment
Travel required (Approximately 25-30%)
Required to be in office 4 days/week in Norwood, MA
