About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Meet and exceed individual revenue targets across Modern Healthcare’s portfolio (digital, print, events, and custom programs)
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new and existing business
- Develop strategic relationships with healthcare marketers, agencies, and key industry stakeholders
- Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding client goals and aligning them with Modern Healthcare solutions
- Prospect and secure new accounts within healthcare sectors (health systems, pharma, tech, consulting, etc.)
- Identify emerging categories and market opportunities
- Create customized, multi-platform marketing proposals
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated campaigns
- Stay informed on healthcare industry trends and leverage insights for sales positioning
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in CRM
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5-7+ years of experience in media sales, B2B sales, or healthcare-related sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
- Strong understanding of digital advertising, content marketing, and event sponsorships
- Experience selling into healthcare or regulated industries is a plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly collaborative
