About the role
- Able to take high-level direction of a client's needs to produce engaging interactive ads
- Educate clients on best practices when creating interactive ads
- Pitch and demo ad concepts in client facing meetings
- Take ownership of projects from concept to delivery
- Able to improvise on concepts with little to no creative assets
- Solve problems creatively and be able to compromise without impacting the quality of work
Requirements
- 3 years experience creative agency / advertising agency / in house working on interactive mobile ads
- Mobile ad design experience
- A strong portfolio
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience in After Effects and other video editing software
- Understanding of typography, animation and layout
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Knowledge of best practice image compression and asset extraction
- Expert eye for detail and pixel perfection; no detail is too small or insignificant
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines
- Can clearly articulate design decisions
- Can transform high-level business needs into engaging creative
- Rich media ad experience
- Understanding of the limitations and abilities of HTML5/CSS3/JS
- Experience with building interactive ads or playable ads for top gaming studios
- Experience in Figma
- Lover of all things mobile
