About the role

  • Manage customer relationships from first contact through to the product demo
  • Customers can independently book their desired licenses in the app
  • Work with high-quality, warm leads and minimal administrative effort
  • Conduct targeted cold outreach (cold calling)

Requirements

  • Experience selling complex, technical, or consultative products, preferably in the B2B sector
  • Understanding of customer needs and the ability to respond empathetically
  • Persuasive with strong closing skills
  • Experience in cold calling
  • Strong communication skills and an open, personable manner
  • Ability to understand and work with software applications
  • Native-level German and good command of English
