About the role
- Manage customer relationships from first contact through to the product demo
- Customers can independently book their desired licenses in the app
- Work with high-quality, warm leads and minimal administrative effort
- Conduct targeted cold outreach (cold calling)
- Sell a product that simplifies the work of many people
- Achieve quick wins through short sales cycles
Requirements
- Experience selling complex, technical, or consultative products, preferably in the B2B sector
- Understanding of customer needs and the ability to respond empathetically
- Persuasive with strong closing skills
- Experience in cold calling
- Strong communication skills and an open, personable manner
- Ability to understand and work with software applications
- Native-level German and good command of English
