Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Genuine interest in marketing, product, AI, automation, and events
  • You are an enrolled student (Bachelor's or Master's)
  • Studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Media, or even Civil Engineering with enthusiasm for marketing, AI & related topics — the main thing is your interest!
  • Some practical experience in (digital) marketing is a plus but not required — we value genuine enthusiasm and initiative more than a long CV
  • Strong hands-on mentality, solution orientation, and pragmatism
  • Analytical thinking and a willingness to question things based on data rather than just intuition
  • Self-organization and prioritization — you keep an overview even alongside your studies
  • Comfortable with tools like n8n, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Canva, Figma, etc., and curious about new technologies
  • Very good German and English (CEFR C-level proficiency)
  • You are willing to travel to Munich occasionally for our events and trade shows — there’s a lot happening there
