Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Genuine interest in marketing, product, AI, automation, and events
  • You are an enrolled student (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
  • Degree areas can include business administration, marketing, communications, media — or even civil engineering if you’re enthusiastic about marketing, AI & co. The key is your interest
  • Initial practical experience in (digital) marketing is a plus but not required — genuine enthusiasm and self-initiative matter more than an extensive CV
  • Strong hands-on mentality, solution orientation, and pragmatism
  • Analytical thinking and a willingness to challenge assumptions using data rather than just intuition
  • Self-organization and prioritization — you keep an overview even alongside your studies
  • Open to tools like n8n, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Canva, Figma, etc., and curious about new technologies
  • Very good German and English (both CEFR C level)
  • Willingness to travel to Munich occasionally for our events and trade shows — a lot happens there
