About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Process export booking requests for shipments in the United States, serving both internal and external customers.
  • Establish customer-focused operational workflows and metrics, maintaining close follow-up.
  • Liaise with headquarters to obtain necessary support and guidance.
  • Ensure timely and professional responses to all emails, phone calls, and other communication tools.
  • Manage key accounts that require extra attention.
  • Handle customer requests for bookings, pickups, and general transportation-related issues.
  • Monitor routing requests to ensure all charges are applied according to the contract.
  • Troubleshoot issues between customers, agents, suppliers, and Craft offices.
  • Track LTL, FTL, drayage, and in-transit shipments to our consolidation/rail facilities or U.S. ports.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in International Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Fluent/advanced English for spoken communication.
  • Spanish is a plus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with freight forwarders and/or NVOCC is desirable.
  • Knowledge of ocean export routines and procedures.
  • Ability to interpret scenarios, positive attitude, curiosity, willingness to learn, and a dynamic approach.
  • Experience with U.S. export processes is a plus.
  • Familiarity coordinating FCL export shipments.
  • Strong customer service / customer experience skills.
