Multiproduct Sales Executive
Craft&CraftSales Executive in a collaborative environment driving client acquisition and managing business relationships. Building market strategies and ensuring customer satisfaction.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prospects new clients and develops business opportunities.
- Manages a portfolio of active medium and large accounts.
- Conducts targeted push activities for missing and inactive clients.
- Conducts on-site visits and video conference meetings with clients.
- Identifies new commercial opportunities and brokers strategic negotiations.
- Drives the sales closing process.
- Negotiates prices and commercial terms with the Pricing team and strategic clients.
- Prepares commercial proposals including profitability analysis and competitive positioning.
- Performs structured follow-up to maximize conversion rates.
- Acts consultatively with clients, identifying growth and differentiation opportunities.
- Directs clients internally to resolve operational shipping issues, focusing on retention and loyalty.
- Holds strategic client meetings and supports contractual negotiations.
- Analyzes market, volume, and portfolio behavior data to develop load-increase (pushing) strategies.
- Prepares performance reports with critical analysis of commercial KPIs.
- Meets and exceeds commercial targets for volume, revenue, and margin.
- Develops market intelligence by mapping clients, competitors, and product-specific opportunities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree (required).
- Advanced English preferred.
- Experience with Outlook, including creating and managing email organization rules.
- Intermediate Excel skills, applied to analysis and controls.
- Experience with corporate systems, with a focus on process management.
- Business understanding, including shipment modalities and foreign trade operations.
- Knowledge of key operational documents, such as House, Master, Agent Invoice, and dangerous goods documentation.
- Knowledge of geography as applied to logistics and international trade.
- Experience in consultative client service.
- Experience in prospecting, new business development, and account management.
- Strong commercial negotiation skills, proposal preparation, and closing sales.
- Ability to analyze the market, identify opportunities, and develop commercial strategies.
- Results-oriented profile, client relationship focus, and achievement of commercial targets.
