About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate and monitor international air shipments from receipt of instruction through delivery to the final destination;
  • Analyze and validate operational information, documentation, and requirements for export processes;
  • Make reservations with airlines, issue shipping documents, and coordinate pickups/collections;
  • Maintain constant contact with clients, suppliers, agents, and internal departments to ensure visibility and updates on shipments;
  • Monitor timelines, costs, and operational stages, ensuring process quality and compliance;
  • Manage and resolve operational incidents and propose improvements to increase efficiency;
  • Update internal systems and ensure the integrity of shipment data;
  • Support team development by sharing knowledge and providing technical guidance;

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree completed, preferably in International Trade, International Relations, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields;
  • Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking);
  • Advanced Spanish is a plus;
  • Experience in International Air Export operations;
  • Experience with freight forwarding operational systems and shipment management platforms;
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Outlook, including rules and email organization;
  • Experience reviewing and verifying export documentation such as MAWB, HAWB, DUE, Invoice, and Packing List;
  • Experience serving medium- to high-complexity clients;
  • Knowledge of coordination, tracking, and monitoring processes for international shipments;
  • Ability to proactively identify and resolve operational issues;
  • Ability to share knowledge, support training, and mentor team members.
