Customer Service Internship – Foreign Trade

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide operational support for export and import processes.
- Handle customer service, offering support and clarifying questions related to operations.
- Create and make adjustments to bookings in the company’s operational system.
- Receive, inspect, organize and forward documents related to the branch’s export and import processes.
- Assist in the control and monitoring of the departments’ operational routines.
- Apply knowledge acquired in training and practical activities to contribute to process quality.
- Provide administrative and operational support to teams, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
- Perform other support activities necessary for the smooth operation of the branch.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in a university degree in Foreign Trade, International Relations, Business Administration or related fields.
- Availability to work business hours from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM (1.5-hour break).
- Intermediate English.
- Spanish is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
