About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinates and monitors all stages of maritime import shipments from the opening of the SI (Shipping Instruction) or RO (Routing Order) to confirmation of document dispatch;
Keeps clients and agents informed about shipment stages and progress;
Prepares and maintains shipment spreadsheets;
Conducts occasional client visits.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Foreign Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, or related fields;
Advanced English for conversation;
Spanish is a plus;
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Office suite);
Experience working in import customer service routines at a freight forwarder or NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier).
