About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support in the issuance, verification and organization of export documents (Bill of Lading (BL), Invoice, Packing List, Certificates, among others).
  • Assist with entering information into internal systems and shipping line portals.
  • Support the monitoring of FCL shipments, ensuring all documents are correct and submitted within deadlines.
  • Liaise with agents, customs brokers and shipping lines to align documentary information.
  • Assist in the preliminary review of shipping instructions and in sending draft BLs for approval.
  • Organize physical and digital files, ensuring document traceability.
  • Support follow-up on process steps, contributing to the operational flow.
  • Support general administrative activities for the department.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Relations, Business Administration or related fields
  • Availability to work business hours from 09:00 to 16:30 (1.5-hour break)
  • Intermediate English
  • Spanish is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
