Coordinate and monitor all stages of air export shipments;
Control and manage clients' operational demand;
Record detailed information for agents and clients;
Ensure process quality for internal and external customers;
Analyze and anticipate potential deviations for quick resolution.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree, preferably in International Relations, Business Administration, or related fields;
Intermediate English;
Spanish is a plus;
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite;
Experience with freight forwarders and/or NVOCC is desirable;
Direct experience coordinating air export shipment operations;
Familiarity with international contracts (Incoterms);
Knowledge of air cargo consolidation and operations via logistics HUBs.
