About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage daily commission payments;
Organize the commission payment workflow;
Record and reconcile payments in Netship and CargoWise systems;
Request invoices from customers and suppliers.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, or related fields;
Intermediate English;
Spanish is a plus;
Proficiency with Microsoft Office;
Experience working with freight forwarders and/or NVOCCs is desirable;
Knowledge of accounts payable procedures;
Ability to analyze situations, positive attitude, curiosity, eagerness to learn, and a dynamic work style.
