Mid-level FCL Import Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinates and monitors all stages of maritime import shipments, from opening the SI (Shipping Instruction) or RO (Routing Order) to confirmation of document dispatch.
- Keeps clients and agents informed about shipment stages and progress.
- Prepares and tracks shipment spreadsheets.
- Availability for client meetings (online).
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed or in-progress degree in International Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Advanced English for conversation.
- Spanish is a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Experience in import customer service routines at a freight forwarding company or NVOCC.
