About the role
- Coordinate and monitor all stages of air export shipments;
- Control and manage clients' operational demand;
- Record detailed information for agents and clients;
- Ensure process quality for internal and external customers;
- Analyze and anticipate potential deviations for rapid resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Foreign Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, or related fields;
- Intermediate English;
- Spanish is a plus;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite;
- Experience with freight forwarders and/or NVOCCs is desirable;
- Direct experience coordinating air export shipment operations;
- Familiarity with international trade terms (Incoterms);
- Knowledge of air cargo consolidation and operations through logistics hubs.
