About the role
- Coordinate air import operations from cargo receipt at destination to final delivery.
- Act as a liaison between clients, the commercial team and partners, ensuring alignment and prompt communication.
- Monitor deadlines, shipment statuses and compliance of operational processes.
- Anticipate risks, propose solutions and support incident resolution.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and accurate updating of information in internal systems.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of service and operational processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on International Trade, International Relations or related fields;
- Previous experience at a freight forwarder or in importing companies;
- Practical knowledge of Incoterms and customs legislation;
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook);
- Good knowledge of international geography and logistics routes;
- Advanced English required — interaction with the USA;
- Intermediate Spanish (a plus);
