About the role
- Issue invoices through the system;
- Send invoices by email;
- Issue boletos via the bank website;
- Maintain and populate Excel control sheets;
- Support the monitoring and management of the company's accounts receivable;
- Reconcile amounts, due dates and payment receipts;
- Assist in issuing and organizing boletos, invoices (notas fiscais) and receipts;
- Update spreadsheets and financial systems with receipt information;
- Assist with client communication for sending payment reminders and answering queries, when necessary;
- Provide support for the financial department's administrative routines.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, Economics or a related field;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office;
- Logical reasoning and a desire to develop professionally in the finance area;
- Availability to work business hours from 09:00 to 16:30 (1 hour 30 minutes break);
- Organized, detail-oriented and strong communication skills.
