About the role
- Support in the issuance, verification and organization of export documents (Bill of Lading (BL), Invoice, Packing List, Certificates, among others).
- Assist with entering information into internal systems and carriers' portals.
- Support the monitoring of FCL shipments, ensuring all documents are accurate and submitted on time.
- Liaise with agents, customs brokers and shipping lines to align documentary information.
- Assist in the preliminary review of shipping instructions and in sending BL drafts for approval.
- Organize physical and digital files, ensuring document traceability.
- Support follow-up on process stages, contributing to the operational workflow.
- Provide support for general administrative activities in the department.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, or related fields
- Availability to work business hours from 09:00 to 16:30 (1.5-hour break)
- Intermediate English
- Spanish is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
