• Provide functional support to internal users and/or customers with a focus on the CargoWise system;
• Handle support tickets, analyze issues, and route solutions;
• Assist with user training and guidance, ensuring a positive experience and correct use of the tool;
• Perform technical and functional diagnostics, translating user needs to the technical team when necessary;
• Collaborate with other departments involved in import, export and international logistics processes;
• Maintain and update the system Workbooks.
