Administrative Assistant

• We are looking for a versatile addition to support Finance, Legal, HR and Office Management
• Preparatory bookkeeping for all entities (DATEV)
• Review and validate management reports (BWA) for plausibility
• Organize and execute payment transactions
• Set up and maintain controlling and reporting structures (Excel, Google Sheets)
• Draft and adapt contracts
• Research tax and corporate law issues
• Support M&A processes
• Prepare and manage employment contracts and amendments
• Maintain master data in the system (Personio)
• Review and approve payroll
• Coordinate payments reliably
• Ensure our team is paid accurately and on time each month
• Order beverages and office supplies
• Plan and organize team events and strategy meetings
• Prepare presentations
• Ensure office standards are met (e.g., empty the dishwasher, clean the coffee machine)
