Graphics Designer

• You take full creative responsibility for all brands within the BrandLift group
• You are part of the creative core from day one
• You work closely with copywriting, media buying, strategy, management, and the respective brand experts
• You approach design in the context of performance-driven brand building and funnel architecture
• You design campaign assets, landing pages, webinars, mailings, social ads, and more
• Web design is a central part of your work
• During intensive project phases you coordinate additional resources via a network of freelancers, agencies, or other designers.

• You take overall creative responsibility for all brands within the BrandLift group.
• You work closely with copywriting, media buying, strategy, management and the respective brand experts.
• You think about design in the context of performance-driven brand building and funnel architecture, and understand how design generates leads, increases conversions, and strengthens brands over the long term.
• You design campaign assets, landing pages, webinars, email campaigns, social ads and more.
• You develop clear, conversion-optimized page structures with an eye for UX, brand impact and psychological decision-making mechanisms.
• During intensive project phases you coordinate additional resources through a network of freelancers, agencies or other designers to ensure speed and quality.
