About the role
- Lead the technical direction of assigned projects and ensure best practices are followed
- Design, develop, and review high quality code using modern frameworks and tools
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and client stakeholders to define requirements and technical solutions
- Mentor and support junior and mid level developers
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to solution design
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality, performance, and security standards
- Troubleshoot complex issues and provide clear guidance to the team
- Report risks, blockers, and progress to internal leaders and client teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement and internal knowledge sharing
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands on software development experience
- Strong experience with one or more modern programming languages, for example Node JS, C Sharp, Java, Python, or similar
- Solid understanding of relational databases and cloud environments
- Experience leading small engineering teams or owning technical decisions
- Strong debugging, problem solving, and analytical skills
- Experience working in agile environments
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non technical stakeholders
- Comfortable in client facing settings
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
