About the role
- Scoping and design of CRM models – targeting
- Define targeting strategies for omnichannel campaigns and customer journeys
- Formalize recommendations to optimize targeting adoption and effectiveness
- Work cross-functionally with analytics teams (scoring)
- Scoping and design – scripting of UNICA campaigns
- Lead scoping workshops with Regional Banks
- Coordinate national deliveries of models with stakeholders
- Ensure proper deployment of solutions in Regional Banks
- Monitor the performance of customer relationship programs
Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent (BAC+4/5) in Marketing, Digital or Data
- 2 to 5 years' experience in digital marketing and operational CRM
- Proficiency in CRM, project management and omnichannel journeys
- Knowledge of banking domains (mortgage/real estate, consumer credit, insurance, customer onboarding, retail banking, savings)
- Comfortable with digital and data tools (Unica, CDP, SAS, Microsoft Office Suite, Figma, Jira)
- Autonomous, proactive, and able to collaborate cross-functionally
