About the role

  • Scoping and design of CRM models – targeting
  • Define targeting strategies for omnichannel campaigns and customer journeys
  • Formalize recommendations to optimize targeting adoption and effectiveness
  • Work cross-functionally with analytics teams (scoring)
  • Scoping and design – scripting of UNICA campaigns
  • Lead scoping workshops with Regional Banks
  • Coordinate national deliveries of models with stakeholders
  • Ensure proper deployment of solutions in Regional Banks
  • Monitor the performance of customer relationship programs

Requirements

  • Master's degree or equivalent (BAC+4/5) in Marketing, Digital or Data
  • 2 to 5 years' experience in digital marketing and operational CRM
  • Proficiency in CRM, project management and omnichannel journeys
  • Knowledge of banking domains (mortgage/real estate, consumer credit, insurance, customer onboarding, retail banking, savings)
  • Comfortable with digital and data tools (Unica, CDP, SAS, Microsoft Office Suite, Figma, Jira)
  • Autonomous, proactive, and able to collaborate cross-functionally
