About the role
- Challenge and structure business requirements
- Identify impacts and dependencies
- Ensure alignment with the MarTech and customer journey roadmap
- Collaborate with architecture, data, MarTech, customer journey, AI and security teams
- Provide clear scoping and track project progress
- Remove blockers and facilitate project committees
- Define timelines, milestones and priorities
- Analyze customer journey performance and identify optimizations
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years' experience in digital or MarTech project management
- Solid understanding of MarTech ecosystems (CRM, CDP, campaign management, orchestration)
- Proficient in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban or hybrid)
- Comfortable with data and integration challenges in complex environments
- Strong cross-functional coordination, structuring and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication, influencing skills and political acumen
- Proficient with tools (Office 365, Atlassian Suite)
