About the role

  • Analyze and define needs: Gather and challenge business requirements; clarify objectives and impacts; document functional and non-functional requirements; prioritize in line with the roadmap.
  • Structure customer journeys: Map current and target journeys; identify optimizations; document use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria; ensure omnichannel consistency.
  • Liaise with design and IT teams: Collaborate with UX/UI/CX, architecture, and data teams to refine journeys; validate feasibility and document flows and integration rules.
  • Support delivery and governance: Assist development teams; participate in agile rituals; contribute to testing phases; monitor journey KPIs; propose continuous improvements.

Requirements

  • 4 to 8 years of experience in digital Business Analysis
  • Good understanding of MarTech ecosystems (CRM, CDP, campaign management, data)
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies and in writing user stories
  • Strong analytical, organizational and rigorous approach
  • Ability to challenge requirements with constructive critical thinking
  • Comfortable with tools (Office 365, Copilot, Figma, Atlassian Suite)
