About the role

  • Play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of the University’s Capital Budget Projects.
  • Provide high-level administrative support, including finance tracking, procurement, contract administration and executive coordination.
  • Bring strong written communication skills and confidence working across multiple systems.
  • Manage reporting, documentation and processes in line with university procedures and deadlines.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in providing high-level administrative support in a construction industry project setting.
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply new procedures, systems and organisational policies.
  • Strong digital skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, databases and large corporate systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional, respectful approach to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, use initiative and deliver accurate work within deadlines.
