About the role
- Understand and analyze business requirements and transform them into functional specifications
- Generate insightful analysis, reporting and data visualization to answer critical business questions, proactively identify notable trends and communicate business performance.
- Consult with other experienced analysts to develop dashboards and metrics in order to identify key performance drivers and uncover unique insights.
- Take ownership and develop customer’s reports that provide all the information needed.
- Work closely with the operational stakeholders and consult them through analysis in order to reach their targets.
- Oversee and assist in real time Monitoring
- Communicate targets and expectations to all stakeholders in a timely and clear form.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Statistics or a related field.
- At least 2 years experience in business analytics in a high paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel skills) and data visualization tool of Power BI. Advanced skills on Power Bi will be considered as an asset
- Experience with business intelligence , data integration, analysis, reporting and data visualization.
- Ability to work in a constructive manner with a variety of customers, different levels of seniority and domain expertise.
- Very good verbal and written communication skills in English.
