About the role
- Capture, analyze and assess business requirements related to the HGB individual financial statements of credit cooperatives
- Review business and customer requirements with regard to regulatory provisions
- Prepare functional concepts, user stories, specifications and business decision documents
- Translate complex business topics into clear technical implementation requirements
- Coordinate with business units, developers, test teams and external partners
- Participate in agile projects and take on sub-tasks / work packages
- Prepare presentations, reports and analyses (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Provide functional support for testing, including deriving and documenting test cases
Requirements
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or several years of professional experience in the banking sector
- Solid knowledge of accounting under HGB, ideally with a focus on credit cooperatives
- Experience in regulatory reporting or year-end closing processes
- Strong IT affinity and an understanding of the interface between business and software development
- Initial experience in requirements analysis, process modeling or functional design
- Structured, analytical and reliable working style
- Strong communication skills, team orientation and quality awareness
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Advantage: experience in agile projects or in a testing/QA environment
