About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and scale global content strategy from India as a Lead Content Strategist.
- Collaborate with US-based Marketing, Product, Sales, and Executive Leadership teams.
- Develop thought leadership, executive communications, long-form content, and social media campaigns.
- Translate global marketing priorities into content strategy and editorial calendar.
- Produce high-quality content such as articles, whitepapers, case studies, and blog posts.
- Align content with enterprise buyer personas and business growth objectives.
- Execute organic social media content strategy, focusing on LinkedIn.
- Monitor engagement, analyze performance, and optimize content based on insights.
- Maintain editorial standards and ensure messaging consistency.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
- 8–12 years of experience in B2B Content Marketing, Content Strategy, or Content Development.
- Experience within IT Services, Technology Consulting, or Enterprise SaaS organizations.
- Proven experience creating high-quality content for executive, business, and technical audiences.
- Experience collaborating with global stakeholders, particularly US-based teams.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and editorial communication skills, with strong storytelling and narrative development capabilities.
- Demonstrated experience creating executive thought leadership, executive communications, and LinkedIn/social media content.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling business narratives.
- Strong understanding of SEO, digital content strategy, and content optimization best practices.
- Experience using AI-assisted content creation tools to enhance productivity while maintaining editorial quality, brand consistency, and content accuracy.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), content analytics, marketing automation platforms, and social media management tools.
- Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, planning, prioritization, and project management skills.
- High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively across globally distributed teams.
- Confident in influencing stakeholders and embracing feedback for continuous improvement.
- Results-oriented with a bias for action and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
