About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and configure Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB modules as per client requirements.
  • Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
  • Build and manage Flow Designer flows, Subflows, and Actions for process automation.
  • Manage Update Sets — creation, merging, previewing, and promoting across environments.
  • Develop and maintain REST and SOAP integrations using Scripted REST APIs and Outbound REST/SOAP Messages.
  • Write and execute ATF (Automated Test Framework) test suites for regression coverage.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in ITSM configuration, scripting, and integration development
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITSM
  • Experience in scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs)
  • Familiarity with ITIL v4 framework concepts.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with customer teams directly (e.g. ServiceNow developers, process owners).
