Requirements

  • Empathetic Communication: Ability to handle sensitive calls with empathy and understanding.
  • Strong Administrative Skills: Meticulous attention to detail and strong administrative skills.

Benefits

  • Contract: Temporary 3 months (1-month probation period)
  • Hours: 30 per week
  • Work Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday - 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
  • Salary: €13,919 per year
  • Holidays: 2 accrued per month
  • Work Model: Hybrid - office working 6 times a month
  • Training: 8 Days of Full Time Training (Mon-Fri)- office training 10 am - 7 pm
