About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and manage the field fundraising Team
  • Own the daily client relationship
  • Monitor sales compliance and proactively develop training protocols, compliance & safety checks and reporting structures
  • Support operational activity through effective resource allocation and people management
  • Promote effective communication routes between the Sales & Operations Teams, and between CPM and the client
  • Deliver accurate and timely reports to management as required
  • Generate new ideas and ways of working focusing on efficiencies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a role with a demonstrable focus on fundraising / field sales
  • At least 2 years’ experience in client facing or sales management role
  • Prior experience and proven advanced ability in Microsoft Office software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Ability to promote a highly compliant sales environment
  • Confidence in dealing with decision makers and influencers, internally & externally
  • Ability to remain organised and structured within a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Understanding of client needs and ability to tailor and communicate solutions which deliver client satisfaction while maximising commercial performance for CPM
  • Strong written, verbal and phone communication skills
  • Skills to identify and fix potential gaps in governance, compliance, safety and security
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Analytical skills and ability to translate data into meaningful insights
  • Effective time management and organisation skills to maximise effectiveness through this part time role
  • Commitment to process and account improvements through constructive critical appraisal of role
