Exceed client expectations by adding value beyond agreed KPIs and develop services provided to them
Deliver planned budget spend and achieve agreed profit levels for CPM
Maintain and develop client relationships, including regular meetings to review financial and KPI performance
Validate and interpret client reports and results; provide executive summaries and recommendations
Identify business development opportunities and assist Client Service Director to prepare and present profitable strategic proposals
Monitor and control budgets; assist in preparation and negotiation of operating budgets
Complete face-to-face client budget reconciliation meetings within six weeks of period end
Ensure operational departments are fully briefed to deliver required services
Stay up to date on client businesses, objectives and marketplace to propose proactive operational solutions
Maintain understanding of CPM’s services, competition and marketplace to advise client business needs
Provide executive summaries to accompany all client monthly reports
Assist Senior Manager on client and team-related issues
Recruit, train, motivate and develop direct reports; ensure effective field operations
Maintain and develop systems to measure achievement of objectives, including field accompaniment and auditing
Encourage coaching, learning and development within the team
Conduct annual and mid-year appraisals for field teams
Continuously review client business to identify and secure additional revenue streams
Demonstrate understanding of all CPM business units to capitalize on opportunities
Prepare and conduct formal annual client reviews with innovative developmental recommendations
Generate new ideas and ways of working and strive for highest standards of customer performance
Requirements
Educated to Degree Level or Equivalent
Management experience in a similar sales or service environment
Excellent client management skills
Good Financial acumen with the ability to prepare and control budgets
Previous experience in motivating teams and developing work relationships
Good report writing ability
Ability to manage delivery against tasks of varying complexity from the planning phase, through identification of critical path analysis, milestone measurement to final implementation and evaluation
Ability to present across all media to a high standard
