About the role
- Conduct scheduled audits of retail locations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Evaluate and report on the implementation of merchandising standards and promotional displays.
- Provide detailed feedback and actionable insights to improve operational effectiveness.
- Communicate findings in a clear and constructive manner to Store Management and CPM teams.
- Support the development of training materials and offer recommendations to improve staff performance.
- Maintain accurate records of audit outcomes, ensuring all documentation is kept up to date.
- Ensure retail clients maintain high standards of compliance and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a retail auditing or merchandising role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with retail operations and merchandising standards.
- Flexible availability to meet the needs of the auditing schedule.
