About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory sales targets.
  • Manage and convert capital equipment opportunities generated by aftermarket and marketing teams.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the feed, oilseed, industrial, and related sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, agents, and industry partners.
  • Conduct customer visits, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
  • Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to develop customer-focused solutions.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting information in Salesforce.
  • Represent CPM at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in capital equipment, industrial machinery, or technical sales.
  • Experience within the animal feed industry is strongly preferred; experience in oilseed, grain processing, biomass, or related industries will also be considered.
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and customer relationships.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel throughout Turkey and the region.
