Partner Success Manager
CPLUG - Central PA Linux User GroupPartner Success Manager driving adoption of CareerPlug's paid subscriptions through partner relationships. Evaluating data and creating educational content to enhance user engagement.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review, evaluate, and develop strategic plans to increase the adoption of paid subscriptions
- Conduct partnership meetings with partners in your book of business
- Build and lead new partner launch and training virtual sessions
- Facilitate, create, and share educational content with partners to help establish CareerPlug as a thought leader, increase CareerPlug's brand awareness, and drive adoption
- Travel to and attend partner conferences as needed (~33% of the time)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience working with franchise or association brands; know the franchising and associations industry
- Experience working with partners that are not a direct client
- Experience selling through others; not directly selling, but having to sell a product or service through other entities to achieve goals
