Manage and improve the client experience

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Communications, or equivalent experience
2+ years of client services and/or account management experience
Retail banking or financial service industry experience, preferred
Strong analytical problem-solving skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Demonstrated critical thinking
Strong organizational and process-oriented skills
Skilled in managing multiple concurrent projects under time constraints
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; VBA/Macros
