About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Overseeing the entry and review of transactions related to manufacturing processes.
Managing material batching, production batching, and job closures.
Collaborating with other departments on transactions.
Handling month-end responsibilities, including processing journal entries for rebates, commissions, inventory, WIP, and revenue.
Reconciling balance sheet accounts each month and resolving discrepancies.
Upholding compliance with company policies and the Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent relevant work experience is required.
Demonstrated expertise in accounting and financial analysis, particularly in a manufacturing setting, is essential.
2-3 years of experience in accounting, specifically in subledger or general ledger accounting.
Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, including sumif, lookup functions, and pivot tables, is a must.
