About the role

  • Design, implement, and own the entire data stack and processes at Cozey
  • Collaborate with all teams to understand their business needs and data requirements
  • Implement and manage ETL/ELT processes for collecting, transforming, and integrating data from various sources
  • Design and maintain the data warehouse to meet the organization’s needs
  • Implement and oversee reporting and business intelligence tools to support data-driven decision making

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience building, deploying, and operating a complete data stack, including ingestion, transformation, and reporting
  • 5+ years of experience in data modeling and data warehousing with platforms such as AWS Redshift or Athena
  • Strong proficiency with ELT tools like Fivetran, AWS Glue, and Apache Airflow
  • Experience with ETL tools, including AWS Glue, Step Functions, and funnel.io
  • Excellent Python and SQL skills for data manipulation, analysis, and automation
  • Experience with version control tools (GitHub, GitLab) and CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CDK)
  • Expertise with visualization and BI tools, such as Tableau
  • Solid understanding of data governance principles, data quality, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
  • Experience with AWS, including services like S3 and Redshift
