About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the strategy, design, implementation, and ongoing operation of the firm’s enterprise application portfolio.
Ensure reliability, scalability, and security of critical business systems.
Drive continuous improvement in system performance and user experience.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to align technology solutions with business objectives and ensure successful delivery of initiatives.
Mentor and develop team members, fostering technical growth and knowledge sharing.
Define and enforce architectural and operational standards for the enterprise application portfolio.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
7+ years of experience in enterprise application design, implementation, and operations.
5+ years of experience managing and developing technical teams.
Experience supporting legal technology platforms, including document management systems (iManage preferred).
Strong expertise in Microsoft Windows environments and Active Directory, including identity and access management (SSO).
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and manage vendor relationships.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
