Manager, Enterprise Systems

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the strategy, design, implementation, and ongoing operation of the firm’s enterprise application portfolio.
- Ensure reliability, scalability, and security of critical business systems.
- Drive continuous improvement in system performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to align technology solutions with business objectives and ensure successful delivery of initiatives.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering technical growth and knowledge sharing.
- Define and enforce architectural and operational standards for the enterprise application portfolio.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise application design, implementation, and operations.
- 5+ years of experience managing and developing technical teams.
- Experience supporting legal technology platforms, including document management systems (iManage preferred).
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Windows environments and Active Directory, including identity and access management (SSO).
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and manage vendor relationships.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
